Brilliant
I honestly cannot recommend Saddle Bank highly enough.
From start to finish, the service has been absolutely fantastic. I had several questions along the way and rang them a number of times, and they couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly or accommodating.
They even extended my trial period to work around the date my saddle fitter was coming, which I really appreciated.
The saddle arrived beautifully packaged, and the condition was exactly as described. I purchased a Fairfax GP saddle, and it was in lovely condition, just as advertised.
What really stood out was the aftercare and follow-up from Saddle Bank. The service didn’t stop once the saddle had arrived; they genuinely wanted to make sure everything was right.
A brilliant company to deal with, with excellent customer service from beginning to end. I would 100% recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
