Super smooth service
I recently ordered a saddle from the saddle bank for their 5 day trial, the saddle arrived quickly and safely. The saddle fitted the horse but I just didn’t quite love it, so ordered a similar model which again arrived quickly, I phoned the saddle bank explaining this and that my saddle fitter was due out in a few days, they happily extended the trail of the first saddle by a few days so I could show the saddle fitter both. Luckily the saddle I fell in love with fitted the horse well so I sent the other saddle back that afternoon which was a very easy process and I was kept informed of the whereabout and refunded very quickly. I can’t recommend them enough 🙂
