Lack of communication saddle not sold

My saddle was with the bank for nearly a year. I didnt receive confirmation that they had received it so had to chase that. I had no updates whilst they had it in their care and they got another £50 from me to send it back to me. Shame as I was hoping for at least some advice they should surely know if it was a
Popular saddle or even whether worth trying to sell through them. Never mind I’ll try to sell it myself

We did send a confirmation email once your saddle had arrived with us and been processed, but we’re sorry if this wasn’t received or was missed.

All saddles do sell, however some can take longer than others depending on factors such as brand, size, and current demand. We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a sale takes longer than expected.
