We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed and felt communication could have been better, that’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide. High-end saddles such as Prestige can take longer to sell, as they tend to appeal to a smaller market due to very specific panel configurations, flap lengths, and rider requirements. While all saddles do sell eventually, some brands and specifications naturally take more time than others.
