The Saddle shop web site is really easy to use and gives you fantastic information on the saddles in photographs and descriptions.They also point out any wear and tear rating the condition for you.Purchase is simple and also returns, there is also help at hand if you need a chat about any stage.

Selling a saddle could not be easier

I was contacted by The Saddlebank when I advertised my saddle for sale. They asked if I would like an offer from them for my saddle which I accepted and they gave 30 days to consider the offer. All I had to do was box it up and select a collection date. Much easier than the messing around I had with enquiries selling privately. Definitely recommend.

Sale of 2 saddles

I was recommended to use the Saddle Bank by my saddler.
The whole experience was really quick and easy, the quotes were what I expected and the payment was in my account within a few days of the saddles being received
Any queries I had were answered immediately

Fab saddle!

Delighted with my new saddle. Was a bit unsure of getting a new one as my trusty old saddle was so comfy but managed to get a newer version of what I had and it’s perfect. It’s in great condition and as comfy as my old one. Great value and service. Thanks!

Excellent, easy service

I have both bought and sold via the saddle bank. The saddle I bought was exactly as described, arrived promptly and having the option to select an arrival date is so helpful. The sale process was very easy too - an offer was made very quickly and the saddle bank arranged a courier for a day of my choice at no cost to me. I'd definitely shop here again!

Easy sale

Wanted to sell retired horse saddle. Was too busy to sell myself so decided saddlebank would be best. Got a reasonable price with no hassle. Packed it up sent it off and got money in bank a few days later. Easy transaction.

Excellent Service with Prompt Payment

Quote came through in less than 24 hours.
I accepted the quote & the saddle bank team arranged the collection. They messaged to confirm the saddle was received the next day & the money was in my account by the end of that day - it really doesn't get any more straight forward than that!!!

I’ve always found it so useful to be able to trial a saddle before committing, this purchase was even better as I had a recommended fitter bring my saddle and fit it for me.

Excellent service.

I needed a saddle for a 3 year old so didn't want to buy new, it probably won't last long! With the help if my saddle fitter we narrowed a saddle down and then found a second hand one here. The description was spot on and a great price. It arrived within a couple if days, only due to a weekend it would have been sooner, packaged well with a personalised message.
