From my 1st enquiry with in hours I had a price for my saddle after uploading images on the self explanatory site, the saddle bank provided a care sheet for me to follow with easy step by step guide to ensure they received my saddle in the best way. Saddle bank took care of organising delivery all I had to do was hand over the saddle to delivery driver and wait 24-48 hours and the money was in my account, stress free and fantastic service from start to finish 100% recommend the saddle bank and will the first place to look when buy a new saddle

If you want a hassle free experience with selling your saddle, The Saddle Bank is company for you. Having had numerous problems with selling I've just sold 3 lovely saddles . All vertly simple and straight to the point procedures, great courier service and great communication 👏 so pleased and will definitely use again if I have anything suitable to buy or sell again Thank you.

Another great experience with The Saddle Bank. All the saddles I ordered came on time and as described. Unfortunately the horse was lame for the saddle fitting appointment so I had to return them, but the staff at the Saddle Bank were brilliant and very helpful by phone. I recommend The Saddle Bank all the time to friends and family in the UK and the US.

A very straightforward company to deal with. They do exactly as it says on the tin. Unfortunately my chosen saddle didn’t fit. But the whole return/refund process was very simple.
