Return a saddle

Saddles are sold with a 5-day USA mainland trial. If you wish to return your trial saddle, please complete the form below by the end of day 5 of your trial.

Returns are only accepted from within the USA. Please use the form below only if you are a USA client looking to return a saddle.

Once the saddle is received, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. Please allow 3-5 working days for the payment to show back on your account.

Saddles are refundable only. If you would like to exchange for a different size, color, or model, please order the correct saddle on our website and complete the returns form below for the saddle you would like to return.

Please ensure you provide details on any accessories you will be returning with the saddle on your returns form. You are more than welcome to keep any accessories you have ordered.

Once your return form has been received, the team will book the courier for you.

Please allow 24 hours for your returns form to be processed.

To return your saddle(s) Please follow the steps below

Complete the returns form below. Once our team has processed your return, you will be emailed a new shipping label.

Remove all old address labels from the box and replace with the new shipping label which you will be provided by us.
If you are unable to print the label, you can show the email at a UPS drop shop and they can print it for you.

Ensure the box is well taped and not damaged. If damaged please replace with a suitable box. We also advise you to retape the bottom of the box.

You can then take the parcel to a UPS drop shop. If you have any issues with the return, please email us [email protected]
