I had an amazing experience with the Saddle Bank. I was initially apprehensive as I am based in Ireland but the customer support was fabulous. I had all my questions answered and they were more then happy to let me hve the saddle sent to a family friend in the North for me. As for selling my saddle it went off without a hitch. Again they were very quick to respond to my emails and help me every step of the way. I would definitely use them again (but in the nicest way hope I dont have to!)

Saddle GFS pony

The customer service from the saddle bank is excellent. They are helpful, respond quickly. And very accommodating. Even though the saddle we ordered didn’t quite fit our pony (he is a really tricky shape) they were so helpful with the returns and trying to find something more suitable. The outstanding customer service will make me buy from them again and again!

Once upload all information it didn't take long for a quote to come through and accessible to look at and understand to either accept or decline. So efficient to complete the deal and collect

Too service

From my 1st enquiry with in hours I had a price for my saddle after uploading images on the self explanatory site, the saddle bank provided a care sheet for me to follow with easy step by step guide to ensure they received my saddle in the best way. Saddle bank took care of organising delivery all I had to do was hand over the saddle to delivery driver and wait 24-48 hours and the money was in my account, stress free and fantastic service from start to finish 100% recommend the saddle bank and will the first place to look when buy a new saddle
