I’ve never sold a saddle before and quite frankly was worried about the whole process!! The saddle bank staff were so helpful and friendly and the entire process was so simple and very quick payment! All you had to do was add some pictures and information about your saddle and you’ll get a quote in no time!

I’ve sold three saddles via the saddle bank - all have been relatively hassle free. A few things I would change : 1) don’t make it mandatory to type in a figure that you’d accept for the saddle. Each time I’ve been offered just below the figure I’ve put which makes me think the default answer is to lowball the accepted figure even if low already. Removing this would make it fairer for the seller. 2) Be more transparent about when a saddle has sold. When using the commission option I was only told about the sale of the saddle after I chased up. Not when it actually occurred. Not a deal breaker but would have been helpful to know so that I could anticipate the money in advance. Other than that it’s a relatively easy process and a service I will probably use again :)

Amazing!

I bought a lovely saddle from here, have had a few saddles now and always been happy. when it turned up it was in much nicer condition than I initially expected(practically brand new) and it came with the branded matching saddle cover (and sweeties!) the team were super helpful and lovely when I did need to chat to them and I’m really pleased with my saddle. Thank you!
