Underwhelming experience

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear you’ve been disappointed with your selling experience. We are, however, very pleased to hear that you had a good experience when buying from us previously.
Your saddle arrived with us on Friday and is currently being processed through our workshop and accounts team. We normally issue payments within 1–2 working days once processing is complete, however due to the bank holiday weekend, your payment is scheduled to be made on Tuesday.
In terms of the flocking deduction, all saddles are assessed individually by our team on arrival to ensure they meet the standard required for resale, regardless of age or usage. We appreciate this may not have been what you expected and understand your frustration.
We do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as feedback like this helps us continue improving our service. We hope that despite this experience, you may consider using us again in the future for selling saddles.
