Having a discussion with a fellow rider having just purchased a new saddle, she recommended the Saddle Bank. She said they were amazing, simple to organise and quick to respond. Having used the service I agree wholeheartedly and would highly recommend. Be realistic in your expectations and you won't be disappointed. Amazing service. If I ever need to sell again they will be my first call.

Outstanding service

Very quick turnaround and it was easy to arrange the courier for a date/time that suited me. Offered a good price for my saddle and they were very quick to send over the money once arrived and give you updates along the way. Whole process from start to finish to 72 hours. Very impressed and would use again.

Saddle arrived on the selecred day so i had it a couple of days before the saddle fitter was due, peace of mind that if it wasnt a right fit for either me or my horse then I could return and try something else.

GFS Saddle

In the last few months I have sold two saddles to The Saddle Bank and purchased a new GFS from them. Super communication throughout. Prompt payment and really quick delivery of new saddle. I will most certainly come to them in the future, its not worth faffing around with private sales. New saddle arrived perfectly and good quality for the price. A well deserved 5* from me!

Excellent customer services and amazing alternative product purchased

Initially the item I ordered was unfortunately out of stock but I was advised within the hour after ordering and offered very suitable alternatives one of which I purchased which was amazing and far better than the original item wanted… thank you for all your help!!

Excellent service

Excellent service. Had issues paying over the website so they called me and sorted it. I then had to change the delivery date and that was no problem either. Saddles arrived in excellent condition. Very happy
